Introduction


Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard is the eldest daughter and child of Lord Andrew Charles Howard and Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann Howard nee Lowell.


Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard was named for the three greatest Queens of England, Elizabeth I of England, Victoria of England and Anne of England and was given the name of Beltane as well since she was born on Beltane Day.


Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard was the only one of siblings that was born at Balmoral Manor and the rest of her siblings were born at Beltane Manor.


Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard would be the crowning gem in her father’s cornet to ascend to the Dukedom of Norfolk Territory.


Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard was her grandfather’s  golden child and when she was placed into her father’s arms he wept with joy.


Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR looks at Lord Andrew Charles, Lord Charles Andrew III, Lord Patrick William II, along with his many cousins and he states “You better guard my heiress well. I had to wait 33 years for this one grandchild.” 


“Dad, I had to wait 12 years for her mother to arrive.” Lord Andrew Charles states.


Lord Charles Andrew JR looks at his first grandchild and his heiress and he kisses her and he orders the bells to be rung over Norfolk Territory.


From her bed, where Lady Karissa watches Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR carry his first grandchild around and he gives her to Lord Andrew Charles to hold.


Lady Elizabeth is wide awake and she looks at her father and as she is saying “I am here now and what now?” 


Lord Andrew Charles holds his newborn daughter in his arms and he tells her “You came with a high price on your head from your mother. If you had been a boy. Your mother would have never married me.” 


Lord Richard William Carey, Lord Andrew Charles second cousin twice removed walks over and he looks at his new third cousin, as they share the same great-great-grandfather, Lord Frederick William along with Lord Thomas William Howard. 


“My third cousin is a real beauty, but look who her mother is.” Lord Richard William states.


“I second that, Lord Richard William.” Lord Thomas tells him and her two uncles walk over to where Lord Richard William Carey is holding her and he tells Lord Andrew Charles “ Don’t you think that Lady Karissa should hold her daughter.” 


Lord Richard William Carey carrying Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane places her in mother’s arms and Lady Karissa holds her daughter, Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane Howard in her arms.
